2023 Marked 75 Years of Business for ERS Wireless

For over 75 years, we have been serving public safety agencies, education and enterprises customers with state-of-the-art technology. At ERS Wireless, we provide customers with peace of mind that their communications and security solutions will consistently deliver across devices and get the right information to the right person at the right time.

ERS Wireless (ERS), an award-winning wireless voice, video, and data solutions company, is celebrating 75 years of excellence in the industry. The third-generation family-owned business was founded by Milton “Jim” Hull in 1948 with the aim of improving communications and public safety by installing and repairing two-way radios. Today, ERS is one of the largest Motorola Solutions Channel Partners in the United States, serving the Midwest from multiple locations across Indiana and Kentucky.

Brian Hull, the current President, and third-generation owner of ERS, learned the business from his grandfather and father, repairing and installing two-way radios in public service vehicles, climbing radio towers, and deploying and repairing antennas. Other business owners include his brothers, John Hull and Mark Hull, and business partner Tony Owens. “Dedication to our customers, serving as our customers’ advocates and doing the right thing is the focus of where we are today and where we have always been,” said Hull. “It’s always been more about what we solve than what we sell. We help keep the public safe and kids in schools safe. It goes beyond the cool solutions we sell to supporting our communities and local businesses with security, safety, and productivity.”
