About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to manage our Indianapolis fulfillment and distribution operation. As we consolidate companywide order fulfillment into a single Indianapolis hub, this role is central to that transition. You will lead daily warehouse operations, manage a small team, and ensure every order — with accurate part numbers, quantities, and documentation — ships on time and without error.
This is a working lead position. You will be on the floor alongside your team, responsible for both execution and oversight. The right candidate is organized, accountable, and holds a high standard for accuracy.

Inventory Management & Control
• Manage fulfillment workflows and inventory data in Acumatica (ERP/WMS) daily
• Conduct cycle counts, support inventory reconciliation, and flag discrepancies immediately
• Maintain clean, labeled, organized storage areas that support efficient picking and inventory control
Team Leadership & Development
• Assign and prioritize work across the warehouse team based on order volume and daily priorities
• Train team members on fulfillment standards, warehouse procedures, and safety practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workflow questions, shipping readiness, and operational escalations
• Escalate performance, safety, or operational concerns to management
Safety & Compliance
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements and company equipment handling procedures
• Operate and authorize operation of warehouse equipment per company certification standards
